Why now? Although principal photography has wrapped, our journey is far from over. While we're no longer dreaming about making Daydream, we're now living its reality—and the final steps of that journey are just as important as the first.
The Daydream Gala is an evening dedicated to helping us cross the finish line. Funds raised throughout the event will support the remaining expenses from production and help bring Daydream through post-production, including editing, sound design, color, music, and the final steps needed to share this story with audiences.
More than a fundraiser, the Daydream Gala is a celebration of the incredible community that made this film possible — our RI Community, Women in Film, & the New England Artists that make films like this possible.
This evening is for everyone who believes that meaningful stories can be created right here in New England.
It is a celebration of independent filmmaking, women-led productions, local businesses, and the artists who continue to reshape the future of our industry from our own hometowns.
